Finding Peace in God’s Training

“discipline that hurts now but yields righteousness and peace; “strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees”
-Hebrews 12:11–12
Life gets out of hands sometimes, and that tends to occur more when you try to take control. You fall out of good habits, you stop doing what it’s correct; you fall out. But there is always hope in the evil cycle of life. In the Bible, we see this over and over, and that is caused by sin and inconsistency.
Hebrews 12: 11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. – 12 Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.
You know you need to be disciplined by God; you have opened your heart after closing yourself in. God won’t leave you where you are; He won’t ignore that you NEED Him. Call out to Him, but don’t commit the same mistakes again. Seek God, seek that discipline in Him, seek His promises.
